At Dark Room, we want you to be fully satisfied with your aesthetic investment; we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged apparel. Our streamlined process ensures that your transition to the perfect fit or style is as seamless as your wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives your return, we will conduct a quality check and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
